File type: PhotoJpeg for QuickTime 6 (.mov) and later rendered at 100% quality. Guaranteed no compression artifacts, very low/no distracting grain
Data rate: up to 30Mbps
Default framerate:29.97fps

Delivery times: Download of full size, unmarked clips available immediately after checkout for all clips that have 'Download right after checkout' specified on the clip's page. Delivery method two: UPS delivery of data DVDs of QuickTime clips. Actual cost of shipping and handling is automatically calculated at checkout.
Delivery method three: UPS  If your shipping address is outside the U.S., allow 3-7 business days for arrival,e, Next Day Saver is used for delivery to domestic locations usually in 1-3 days.
OPTIONS 2-3 ARE OPTIONAL.

Taxes, payment options:

Oregon does not have a sales tax therefore no order will incur sales tax. However if your order is outside the U.S. your local duties/customs fees may apply (which will be small unless you order an external hard drive).

"Do you offer full size, full data rate downloads? "

YES. F QuickTime clips with very high near lossless data rates for excellent visual quality, 1080p HD (ALL 1920x1080p), NTSC and PAL formats. Full size downloads are of course for customers who have purchased the rights to use clip(s) for royalty free, nonexclusive use. You simply add the clip(s) or products to your cart from the product page, click the  checkout link, go through checkout and check the box stating you've read and agreed to the agreement. 

1080p is 1920x1080 progressive scan, the highest ATSC standard for high definition. ATSC uses mpeg2, and although you can obtain mpeg2 footage when selecting clips to add to cart, for default dilivery we use a much higher bitrate codec, meant to preserve image quality (at the cost of a larger file size). Although mpeg2 reduces file size, QuickTime PhotoJpeg maintains nearly lossless data rates throughout multiple renders (just ensure render quality is at or near 100%). All our clips are always rendered at 100% except for web previews.

"Are the previews the same quality as the licensed footage? "
The previews are meant only for previewing the clip, and are low data rate, and do not reflect the quality of licensed footage. In order to provide you with streaming video that loads in reasonable time, limited bit rates are necessary.


"What other delivery options besides download do you offer?"
We offer international (outside U.S. to most countries) and domestic UPS delivery (actual shipping rates apply, added during checkout) on data DVD (these data discs require a standard DVD ROM +R-R support (over 90% of new computers now include one, so yours likely already has one)
